CODES ARE OUT THRU 6/3! CALL NOW - they are out!!

I talked to a lovely CM who even went so far as check with guest services - she says she doesn't even see anything 'pending' yet for AP - to call back when I have the code - she said everyone in her office was getting the calls and they were all saying the same thing - guess they'll have a busy morning!

They will have busy mornings from now until they come out. I know I'll be calling more regularly now.
 
I called again & got a very nice CM this time. She said there definitely not out but usually if someone posted on the boards they got it there coming out soon. :confused3

No rates beyond 4/13! We've had three calls and three denials. . . :confused3
 
I don't feel bad for Disney on days like this at all. They screw up by giving out false information - What do they think is going to happen? Well, it would be only fair to say someone who works for them screwed up.
 
They told me they didn't know anything about passholder rates, It wasn't showing up on their screen.

Of course they could.

I think the Passholder Program is messed up. Some are confirming getting emails, some (myself included) haven't seen any. I'm on the email list, and I NEVER get emails about AP Discounts.

If they simply updated the passholder website a bit more often, they would avoid all this confusion. Disney certainly has a very different approach to handling things. Must be some sort of method to their madness.
 
I was told later this week they are expecting ap rates for the July timeframe... although she said try calling tomorrow also... :scratchin
 
:hyper: This is sooooo crazy!!! It is my first Annual Pass and I am going nuts, is it always like this?????? :eek: :eek: Do the rooms go really fast, or do you have a little time to get on the phone? I cannot wait by the computer today, have a room at WL, but waiting to apply code. I am afraid I will not get the rate!!!
 
yes it's always this crazy. And I have never not been able to get an AP rate on a room. May nto always be the view I originally wanted but I've always been able to book the AP rate.

By the way - did everyone think those rates were good? Poly looks higher than last year but the other seemed a tad higher but not much.
