Code Problem-CRO computer ate the code!

Just a warning to others. I had booked CBR awhile back for a short trip end of Sept. I got the regular confirmation. When the FL visa code rates came out I quickly changed to the $79 code. I never got another confirmation that I had paid the deposit and had a code. I called today and the computer did not show the code and had the old price! CM said they had computer problems twice last week and many things had messed up! I am SO glad I called! She also said they did not send "modified" confirmations that I had paid-interesting as I have received one each time in the past, but was through SOG overflow(Disney resorts and Disney confirmation).
Edited to add that she WAS able to get the code rate, but could not guarantee another confirmation! She would request it though.

I apologize, I typed that at the beginning of a BAD thunderstorm and was in a hurry to get off the computer . In a nutshell, I had a room booked, called back and got a discounted code rate, called back to verify and the code rate had gone "poof". CM said it was probably because the computers had problems twice last week(lightning strike? She told me why but I was too upset to listen!). CM got the rate back . SO, if you think you have a code but NO proof, call and verify.

Believe me, if I don't get a new confirmation with the code rate on it I will be calling and checking again! I just hope the computer does not eat the code again.
