I just booked my Mother/Daughter Birthday trip for November. The cast member was very kind and listed all my requests on the reservation.

I just received my email confirmation and it lists:

PACKAGE(S): ALL STAR MUSIC- T52MAGIC YOUR WAY DINE

Does anyone know what the "T52" stands for? We upgraded our room to preferred location as well as dining plan QSDP to DDP. I also told her we were celebrating our birthdays and she said she noted it, but I didn't see anything on the confirmation. Should I call back or do they note this somewhere internally in their system.

Most requests you make will not show on your confirmation. Now and then I do see one noted near the bottom of the confirmation, but I think it's due to the CM making the notes on a "forward facing" part of their res screen (meaning the customer will see it) as opposed to the "internal facing" part.

As far as a code, in their computer system all reservations will have some type of three letters or letter/digit combination code, even regular nondiscounted Magic Your Way packages. The code you are seeing is their way of knowing what kind of package or promotion you booked, and sometimes where your booking is sourced from, i.e. Disney Visa Card offer, general public promotions, email or mail campaigns, etc.
