I called today and asked if there was a code attached to my name and was told that it can't work like that--that I have to know the code, they can't look to see if one is attached to my name. Did I get a CM who knows what she's talking about? or did I get a CM who doesn't know what she's talking about? I thought I'd read posts from people who called up were able to be told if they had a code associated with their name or not. This CM wouldn't say anything.
Is there a proper way to phrase my request which would have worked better?
And w/o a toll-free number, I'm not as anxious to call and wait on hold anymore.....
