Does anyone know if the are still doing the Cocktails and Canvas events on the Disney Magic? If so, are they doing it for the British Isle Cruises? Thanks so much!!

I can't speak for the British Isle cruises but I can confirm that we participated in the Cocktails and Canvas event last week on the Magic. It was held in Animator's Palate and was great fun! We painted the rose in the bell jar from Beauty and the Beast.

How much was it? Is it for 18+? (I have an 18 yr old DD that would love this...especially if it's still Beauty and the Beast related on our cruise.) Was it on a sea day? Thanks!

That's exciting. I hadn't seen it on recent Navigators.

When and where did you sign up?

It was $45pp which included the painting and I believe 3 cocktails, all very delicious.

EDIT - May actually have been 21+ given we cruised from Miami and yes, it fell on our second sea day at 2pm.

It certainly wasn't available to pre-book but we saw it on the Navigator when we arrived at the terminal and knew we had to sign up! We did so at guest relations upon boarding. Certainly recommend.

THANKS! I found the navigators for the Magic sailing and the listing for Cocktails and Canvas - I'll be sure to check the Navigators when we get them in port

Go to guest services as soon as you get onboard if you want to do it as its limited and I know on the cruise I did last year I got one of the last spots on the first day. It was definitely worth it and you get a wonderful souvenir in a piece of homemade art!

I'm on the Magic next week and contacted Disney to ask for some more information about the event. The women I chatted with told me that Guest Services said it's only on the Fantasy. I tried to tell her that they were Personal Navigators from the Magic with it listed, but she insisted that GS verified their information. I know they had it on the Transatlantic cruise a couple weeks ago, so I'm assuming GS was wrong. Anyways, I was curious where exactly to go when onboard to sign up. I know you can go to Guest Services, but I was curious if it could also be booked at Lumiere's or the Promenade Lounge with Palo reservations. Just wondering if it can all be done in one place or if I have to do each reservation separately. Thanks!

May I ask what type of cocktails were served? Also, were you on the Magic for the transatlantic. TIA

It looks like this week's Med cruise on the Magic does not have Canvas and Cocktails scheduled. I'm bummed because that doesn't give me much hope for next week. Hopefully, other ships get to try it!
