It has an elevator and instead of steps, it has ramps between levels. The ramps are long, but have level switchbacks between each ramped area. My daughter is small with a very lightweight wheelchair, so she’s pretty easy to push

The elevator is kitty-corner from the main door.

The ramps are scary to DH because he doesn't like heights and is afraid of crashing through the glass on his scooter...lol, but he can do it. Also, just so you know the elevator is often broken, so the ramps may be the only option.
