I see that Richter's Burgers has Coca-Cola Freestyle soda machines. Is this the only restaurant in US/IOA that has them?

That's the only place in Universal. There's also Freestyle machines at Oasis Coolers in Lost Continent at IOA.

I was excited to see that these machines have Mr. Pibb. Dr. Pepper and Mr. Pibb is virtually nonexistent on Disney and Universal property. If anyone knows anyplace else I can find either please let me know.

What do you mean by 'freestyle' soda machine. Are these machines that you help yourself too? This must be hard to monitor for those people with refillable cups.

That's the name of the drink machine and yes...they are self-service.

All of the local Firehouse Subs locations have them...they are very easy to use.
