DD had an eye exam earlier this week, needs reading glasses. Her PD is 29/30, coastal starts at 46, how? Huh? What? Do I add the two numbers together?

Yes, some sites allow you to put in a number for each eye some just have one field, in which case you put in the sum of the two numbers.
