Coast Guard Chopper Down

They just showed a Coast Guard helicopter down on its side. It looks like the rotors broke off, but the helicopter seems intact. No one is sure what happened at this point, but it looks like the pilots could have survived.

Is this another one, besides the orangish-red copter?
That was a civilian copter (the one mentioned already).

If you are watching Fox, it is a replay. It's not a Coast Guard chopper, that's just what was initially thought. There are 2 other threads on it.
