co-ordinators for intimate weddings? please help!

hi
i want to book the magic kingdom bridal portrait session for november so i phoned FTW and they told me it has to be booked through your wedding co-ordinator. i'm having an intimate wedding and flying over from the UK, and dont know when i'll be assigned an co-ordinator, and am worried that by the time i do, that all the dates will be booked. does anyone know how else to book this? (ive heard that some people's first choice of dates for the end of the year have already been taken).
i've booked through virgin holidays and they've said that all requests have to be made in writing (which i've done), but not sure if they can even book this. (heard from steve (thanks) that thompson can book this but they wont book it for me cos ive booked through someone else)

I think that your planner should have done this for you, but here is an email address for someone in photography. She helped me with my picture issues.
