Ok, I'm really getting frustrated. I called about a week ago just to make sure I had the right date to call for my 90 days out. Yup, 8/7. Call that day. This is what the CM said and what the pscalculator said. Ok, so I get up early Sunday morning, am on hold at Disney Dining for 40 minutes only to be told that they are doing November 4th today, not the 5th and to call back tomorrow. What? So I tried again. Same answer, different CM.
Ok fine. I get up again Monday and call. I spoke to a wonderful CM who helped me make all my reservations however she said that they were starting at 11/6 that day. Huh? What happened to the 5th? I'm confused. So I get all my reservations that I want except the Pirates Cruise for my kids. Seems you have to call exactly 90 days for this one as it is not technically a "dining" experience. Ok, I understand, no problem. She gives me today 8/11 as the date to call for the 90 days until I want to schedule. She says that she is having the computer calculate it so I have the correct date. Ok. So this morning I get up, try calling, am on hold for 25 minutes (late taking a shower for work. Ok, that's my fault) only to be told that TOMORROW is my 90 day window for the Cruise! Now I'm about to cry. This is the second time this has happened to me. So I now have to get up early again tomorrow and try again! Anyone else had this happen to them? I was so frustrated I wanted to cry.
Sorry, just had to vent. I knew someone here must have had the same thing happen and can relate. Ok, I've gotten it off my chest now. Thanks.
