CM Tips, how much can they make?

Anyone know how much a Disney Cast Member that is a waiter/ress can make a day from tips? Just curious. No deep meaning. I would imagine that it could be pretty lucrative since it's a resort and they are super busy. People drop lots of cash at Disney. However, I don't know what Disney policy might be. Perhaps the waiter type people can't keep the tips.

i read in a guide book that strangely people don't tip well at wdw and i know from some other threads all countries don't tip as a custom. i would guess the customary tip is 15% since that is what is usually offered with the meal promo/plans which seems cheap to me
