I am making these and am interested to know also.

For those making them--I found the most adorable stickers at Dollar Tree to embellish the notes. They are for teachers to give students but they have Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy and say things like: "You're Terrific", "Great Job", etc.

I have printed those notes and attached them to candy... just thought they would like a treat.. they are wrapped so hopefully they will be ok.. making bags for housekeeping too! Just another extra special touch for them as well....

I have a Mickey head punch and I punched little holes in the lower corner and tied them to tulle bags in which we put a tin of "Love Mints" (heart shaped cinnamon mints).

We left them on the tables for the servers at meals, and gave them to a couple of CMs who were very sweet to us.

I had fun giving them out.

I just printed them on standard white cardstock. I forgot where I got the picture. I have a whole collection of Disney clip art. The background I just made up. The font I downloaded from a website that I can get for you if you want. PM me if you do.

We gave alot of these to the bus drivers as we had 2 ecv's that had to be loaded every time we went somewhere. One driver was so surprised. He said, "In the 20 years I've worked here, noone has ever given me anything, hardly even a 'thank you'." Well, that just made me mad. Those guys sometimes have to lift the ecv's to get them into place. Everyone we gave the cards to just seemed so surprised. And amazed that we would do such a thing...lol. It really is fun to give them out. My husband enjoyed it more than anyone. He was always asking me for a CM card. I'll never go back without them.

Speaking for someone in a personal service business (I am a CPA), even if you enjoy your job, it makes you feel great inside when someone expresses appreciation for what you are doing for them. I think these cards are a great idea!

I think there was a site that sold these, I think it was a "what would walt do" site. I might try to google it.

I had also found a site that had a bunch of these cards made up. They were pre designed and edit-able to add your name and date. I can't find this anywhere now though! (I thought it was at the mouse for less, but I can't find it now). Anyone have a link to something like this?
