CM percentage off hotels???

Hi. I BELIEVE I read that CMs can get their friends & families 40% off the disney resorts. My question is, is that off rack rates? For example rack rates for value resorts are about 100.00. 40% off would be 60.00. Last year in January we stayed at Pop Century for 54.00 just with a code. Would CM get 40% off that 54.00?

They get discounts on a limited number of rooms. The CM would have to make the reservation on the cast portal. There may be rooms available to the public but no discounted rooms for a cast member. There are different percentages also. No they wouldn't get a discount on an already discounted room.
