CM insulated bottle holder?

Any ideas of where I can find the water/drink bottle holder that the CMs use? I don't want the strap, and all the ones I found are just a sleeve or just a clip.

Thanks. I figured they were issued as I haven't seen one like it for sale anywhere but figured I would check here in case someone else knew of a retail source.
