CM confused Crystal Palace with Cindy's!

Guys be careful! I called yesterday to schedule my PS for The Crystal Palce on December 18. The first CM that I spoke to told me that there were no available openings. I thanked him & hung up.

After I got off the phone with him, I decided to call back, just to make sure.

As soon as I said, "Crytal Palace...Party of 3...Breakfast...December 18" The CM said they had openings from 8 until 10:30!!!

So I guess that the first CM checked Cindy's instead of Crystal Palace.

I know these 2 are easy to mix up, however, I just wanted to let everyone know.

If you get a "All sold out" response for The Crystal Palace, call back!

When did you call? Early morning, they're still punchy from the CRT rat race. They probably spend 7:15-9:00 telling well-meaning people that Cindy's for breakfast is full. I called at 7:30 to make lunch reservations at Cindys' and was told it was full before I could the word "lunch" out. It usually just takes a slowly spoken, polite reminder and they snap out of it.

Yes, it was early morning when I called. I am sure that as "erikthewise" said, they were hung up on that CRT rat race.

I just wanted to let everyone know. It would be awful for someone to make a PS for Cindy's & get scheduled for The Crystal Palace instead.

I would hate to see a little princess or prince heartbroken because they thought they were eating at the castle only to show up there and find that there wasn't a PS for them.

Guess this is why it is always a great idea to check all your PS before you leave home. I will be sure to do that in December.

We are staying at ASsports, do you guys know if they could give me a print out of all of our PS? Or do I just call & verify all of them with WDW Dining before we leave home?
