WDW guests might act dumb sometimes but at least they never mutilated anyone. Before you start
let me explain...did you ever hear the story of Snow White and the Eight Dwarfs?
Once upon a time in August of 2002 there was a family from New Jersey that was vacationing at WDW. The family included papa NJ, mama NJ, nick NJ, and matt NJ. (and crabby NJ as the hermit crab) All were having a wonderful time at WDW until last chance to see everything again day. Thats the last day of vacation when papa NJ, mama NJ, nick NJ, and matt NJ go to the MK and go on all of their favorite rides one last time before heading back to the garden state.
After enjoying a nice breakfast from the Boardwalk Bakery. The NJs made their way over to the MK. It was still pretty early so there were not too many guests around. Nick NJ wanted to head over to Fantasy Land to go on a few rides. Matt NJ didnt want to go,(he hates FL..you will see why later) he wanted to go to Liberty Square. In this case the younger NJ won out, so they headed on over to FL. They first hit the Pooh ride all of the NJs enjoy that ride.
The NJs then spied that there was hardly a line for the Snow White ride. The NJs dont really like that ride but hey the line was short so why not. (matt NJ lets just say had a little accident in his pants when he rode this scary ride at 4 years of age) It was about the NJs time to board the ride. Mama NJ and nick NJ went on first. Matt NJ stepped onto the car next. Papa NJ had one leg on the ride and one leg on the platform..when all of a sudden the #%$^#& dumb CM started the ride. Now you might be thinking to yourself oh that papa NJ is a real wuss..big deal why didnt he just jump in the car..right?
That would have been a great thing to do but there was one small problem. Papa NJs right leg was in the car. Papa NJs left leg was on the platform. One part of papa NJs body started going with the car..the other part of his body got stuck in the cold steal railing by the car-boarding platform. Papa NJs left leg was just about to be ripped from his 6 7 body when a smart CM yelled out to stop the ride. Papa NJ almost became the 8th dwarf.
The dumb CM apologized over and over. Papa NJ said no problem although papa NJ was listening to the other guests in line yelling out law suit , law suit. (humm maybe not so dumb after all) Papa NJ had to teach his sons that accidents do happen and it is OK to let it go. (somebody needs to stop high insurance rates) Nick NJ wanted papa NJ to beat the **** out of the dumb CM.
The NJs all sat back in their car and took the stupid 2-minute ride. As their car came out of the ride the dumb CM was there to greet them..he again apologized. This time he gave them something very special ..it was a family priority pass. It was a pass to jump to the front of the line on any ride in Fantasy Land. Papa NJ and family thanked the dumb CM.
The NJs were going to keep the pass as a memento of what could have been. But nick NJ said hey lets go on pooh again. So we cut in front of about 100 guests and got on the Pooh ride one last time. The CM at the Pooh ride was very impressed with the fancy pass..she said she doesn't see many of them. Papa NJ thought she was thinking the NJs were big shots or stars. Papa NJ informed her that we were just WDW attraction accident victims and told her the story. Whats funny is how those CMs stick together ..the Pooh CM said she did the same thing to someone when she worked over at SW. She said something about a fast trigger finger. Nice!
The moral of this story is that dumbness can happen to anyone at anytime so be careful.
