Clueless about Mypoints

I joined Mypooints and all I have found so far is how to get points when you buy things. I haven't gotten any emails. Do you get points by visiting websites without an email? The information mypoints gives is very vague.

How long have you had your my points account? You should start recieiving emails right away. You usually start with a introductory survey I think it's worth 50 pts. Then you will recieve my points emails about every other day. Are you sure you gave the right email address? Also check if there going into your junk mail box? With patients and a little time you'll start reapping the rewards of my points.

I got the survey yesterday right after I set up my account. Where would I find my junk email? I have never even heard of this!

The "junk e-mail" should be in your e-mail box. It will have MYPOINTS as a sender. Each time you click on the link provided (good only one time) and the next day your points should show up in your balance. Usually you get 5-10 points for reading each one. Be sure to let it fully load before erasing it. Have fun.

I joined MyPoints about a month ago. I've used it to try free AOL (for the trip) which should be 1,000 points and I made a purchase at walmart.com which should be 500 points. I realize they take some time to be verified before the appear in your account. But when I view my montly statement it shows "0" for points awaiting to be awarded. Should I be concerned that my points aren't there????

Save all of your email correspondence from any purchases you've made. If you don't have an email then save the receipt. I have been through this with purchases I've made. What you need to do is email my points or fax my points with your receipts so they can credit your account. The points will show up once a person at member care looks into it.
