Maybe... I was asked why I wished to speak with her and if she would know what it was in reference to. I just said it was about our dining reservations for our upcoming cruise (stating the obvious, I suppose). She looked up the reservation number and asked if I'd like voice mail if Debbie wasn't available or on the phone. Debbie picked up quickly. Could be I was lucky at the time I called.
