Club Penguin/Puffle design

Hi!
We are going to Disney in a couple weeks and my son loves Club Penguin. I was wondering if anyone has or can come up with a design that combines a penguin or Puffle with Mickey ears or something?

We are doing the CRT with my girls and wanted something he would like. Maybe even adding in a badge with the Princess Protection Agency or something??
