Hi guys,

for those who’ve recently cruised under these new Covid guidelines, can someone tell me how we can maximize the amount of time our kids can have in the kids clubs (under 11). Any tips or tricks since they can’t drop in? I think I read someone said their kids were in 3-4 times a day! How does one do that. We are just silver so is that still reasonable to aim for? Thanks so much!

You can pre-register for 1 timeslot per day. Once onboard, more slots may be available; I believe you sign-up day by day. How many extra slots you can get will depend on how many kids are on your particular sailing. Some folks have reported getting multiple extra slots per day, others were not able to get any. If you are cruising during the holidays, I'd expect a lot of kids and extra slots may not be available.

We were on a full capacity cruise in November, and there were always slots open after 9pm. Our kids were too tired every night, but the staff told us we didn't need reservations that late, there was always space for walk ups. I think they were open until 12.

Your best bet is a lower capacity cruise. If you are cruising mid-Feb there is a better chance of open slots than during spring break. You can always walk in and ask if there are slots, but cruising status or adult only reservations unfortunately doesn't help right now.

They may change capacity limits once 5+ mandatory vaccinations kick in mid Jan. I'd imagine they will try to expand as soon as safely possible since they likely are losing some business from people unhappy with the restrictions.
