Weve stayed club level before but never used the pre trip planning services. What services are available? We are staying AKL in January.

They will make all your ADRs, book tours, golf, magic express, etc.

I loved using BW IPO for our trip in Dec. So nice not having to wake up early and deal with reservations. They had actually emailed me by the time I woke up that morning with all our confirmations. Easy-peasy!

I have never used the planning services bc I actually enjoy making our dining reservations, but I know that they will make all of your reservations for you. When you're 2 weeks from your 180 day mark you should contact the planning office for your resort and let them know what reservations you'de like.

I have been using them for our upcoming AKL CL stay. They have booked ADRs, La Nouba, sunrise safari, pirates & pals fireworks cruise, & fantasmic dinner pkg for us. It has been great. Then they sent an itinerary email w/all these listed. I also gave them my room request & soon I will be giving them our flight info so they can set up DME.

I have never used the pre-planning services they offer. I book through Dreams and they also offer these services so we use them.
