When we arrive at the AKL in Oct do we pull up to valet and tell them we are checking in Conceirge level, is there a special place that you check in at?

You'll check in upstairs in the lounge. The guard at the gate may let the valet know you're arriving but if not, just tell the valet. You'll be escorted upststairs to your room if it's ready or to the lounge to check in if not. If your room's ready, you just head up to the lounge when you're ready to check in.

Have fun. The lounge is beautiful and the CMs are great.

The way BCV23 explained it is how WDW does the Club Level check-in at all their Deluxe Resorts.

When we checked into the AKL Club we was told by the IPO planners to go to Bell Services desk. At least that what they told us. Then they checked us in & took us upstairs.

You want to go to Bell services. They will take you upstairs. The concierge will offer you refreshments and check you in.

Yep bell service will take you right up stairs and it will be quick check in.

Well at the Contemporary the only time we went up to them is to say we were checking into the Atrium Club, so they can cal them to say we have arrived and so they could take our bags. When they asked if we were going to valet park we said no and they did not have a problem with that.

eeyoresnr, I wouldn't worry about it at all. Our experiences have been like CRFan but we always have a car. If arriving by ME, cab or limo, going to the bellstand works fine. In fact, the valet may have handed us off to the bell stand guys...don't even remember.

Just approach whomever you want....they'll help you. The important and best part is that you don't need to go to the registration line.
