Here's some pics showing Beach Club's CL lounge before and after its renovation.

Fortunately, the lovely view from the lounge hasn't changed:

Thanks so much for the pictures of the renovated BC lounge. It looks great - can't wait to get back. I really like that the soda is in it's own little refrigerated case. Much nicer to be able to take a cold soda down to the pool!

Just subbing........... Awesome Thread. We are waitlisted for CL in Dec..... at AKV - I SOOOOO hope it comes through!!! :goodvibes

We just booked our first BW CL stay and first CL stay ever:goodvibes Looking for some more pictures of the lounge, some posts that I have read make it seem like it has been updated, wondering if anyone has current pics. The poly cl looks amazing but I couldn't get my family to pick that one:headache: So I am hoping for some reviews that the Boardwalk Club level is as good in real life as the Poly one looks in pictures!! I have a feeling that our Disney vacations are only going to be getting more elaborate in the years to come. Thanks everyone for your great reviews and pictures so far, you really helped me decide to give a deluxe resort and club level a try.

After looking at these pics it looks like the WL CL is really lacking. It appears to have a lot less food / selections than the other CL. I just booked 9 nights for May at WL CL, and now I'm seriously thinking of changing to a garden view at Poly.

But then we'll NEVER get new pics from the WL lounge! :lmao:

Just kidding. Haven't stayed at the WL so I can't say anything about it. I can say is the Poly was GREAT. I had a garden view last year and I loved the lounge. Breakfast was good enough (evening offerings were better) and the VIEW!!! Just gorgeous.

There is a nice view of the lake and courtyard at WL CL but the better view is inside looking across and down. The lounge is not as big but the food selection are great. There is a neat "kids area" next to the food area with a TV where younger kids "get together"

Does anyone know if there is just Nescafe coffee at the Beach Club concierge lounge? Is there an expresso and cappucciono maker as well? We just got back from a great stay at the club level lounge at AKL. They had actual coffee and not just the gross Nescafe.
We are thinking of switching our reservation to the concierge level at the BC for this July. We drink a lot of coffee and would like to have the real stuff. If it is just Nescafe we might as well not upgrade.

Thank you for the help.

It was Nescafe last summer. I haven't heard that it has changed since then. And I know what you mean about the one at AKL!:cloud9:

I've never been to BC CL but if you look at the photos of the renovated lounge in post 223 you can still see the Nescafe machine in BC lounge.

Since I don't see one how about a thread of the Club Level lounges from the various Deluxe Resorts, so here are some of my pictures from the Atrium Club Level lounge at the Contemporary.

Nice pics..always wanted to try CR, but have an incurable addiction to the Poly.

Here are pictures I took last week of the Beach Club's Stone Harbor Club lounge and some of the food offerings.

Two desks for CMs outside of the lounge - the door to the lounge is in the left corner of the picture.

Immediately in front of you when you enter the lounge.

Door to the lounge/ TV area.

Food area - to your right after you enter the lounge.

Kids' area, with a couple of adult tables in the foreground. If you're looking at the lounge from the entrance, this area is right behind the food area.

Kids' counter (right behind food area) - it was so crowded one morning that these were the only seats we could get for breakfast! :rotfl:

Oh Wow! I had no idea the BC lounge was renovated. When? We were there last June ('09) and it looks different now. I hope they added more seating. The lounge was always packed with no where to sit. I also hope the food area is larger. Everything was crammed into the 1 horseshoe and people were trippng over each other.

Thanks Jen. That is one dandy set of pictures that made a section of my planning a little more clear. Is the lounge located near the elavators or is it down the hall a ways? Would actually like to stay near it if possible. Thanks.

:)Thanks so much for your gorgeous pics of the BC lounge. It's got me more excited than ever-I cant wait until I'm there!!

Just thought of a quick question-can anyone tell me what times the lounge is open for breakfast and if there is a less busy period to go? Thanks
