Club Level Information

When I was upgrading our reservations last night, the lady on the phone told me that if you have CL at one hotel, you can utilize the CL perks at all the hotels. She specifically mentioned if we were at US and needed a break, snack or drinks, it would be much easier for us to just head over to HRH and use their CL lounge instead of going back to the RPR where we have our rooms. I was not aware of this and thought it was great information to pass on.

If this is common knowledge and I just missed it going through the other posts, I apologize for repeating info.

I've never heard of this and stayed at the RPR Club level several times.

HRH is not a Loews so this surprises me.

Had I known this I would have gone to the Portofino Lounge just to check it out.

Has anyone else ever heard this?

And I'm giving a full mea culpa for hyping this information before I double checked with the hotel. Apparently the reservationist was confused between using the hotels facilities(pools, restaurants, events) and CL amenities. Sorry! If the mods want to delete this topic, I completely understand.
