Club Level at RPH - Where is It?

Where is the physical location of the club level at RPH? Is it similar to the PBH, downstairs around the lobby? Or is it like the HRH - on a separate floor?

Tower 3, 7th floor. That is where the lounge is and rooms for club. But sometimes you can be in a room on another floor with access to the club lounge.

All the rooms are normally on the same floor. But people have been reporting lately that you could be put on a different floor but have Key access to the lounge.

there are only 40 rooms on the club floor at rph.
if you want a king suite, like i do, sometimes you have to be on floor 6th then.
(but still get club access)
