For those interested in staying club level at HRH - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! You would be better off buying a box of cereal and a case of beer. Although the offerings are nothing less than i expected, the place is a zoo and i feel like an animal feeding at the trough, queuing to get a couple of chicken sticks is not dignified. We are staying with five in the room, .(3 teens) so thought it would be worth it, but the kids wont even go.

I'm sorry it's such a waste.:sad2:

We've heard the exact same thing about HRH club level from a few others. I really, really wanted to try HRH for our next stay but DH wants club level, so back to RPR we go!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. My family has stayed HRH club level lots of times and we enjoy it. We stayed over 4th of July once but other visits werent during busy periods. I imagine I wouldnt like it very much either if it were too crowded.

Gosh, I must have been having a bad day when I posted that!

But I stand by it, there are just nine tables in that room, with the whole of the 7th floor to cater for -

Otherwise we loved HRH - would definitely stay there again.

I agree with your assesment. Minus the bad day part, LOL :rotfl:

We enjoyed the hotel and all of the perks. But the club level was just...meh...

We are going to give the RPR club level a try in March. Hoping it will be much better.

Alas, a bad Club level stay at Universal is better than no stay at all.

Thanks for your post. I was beginning to think I was the only one who felt that way about the HRH CL.

:flower3:

i have done club level at both rph and hrh.

for me, rph is outstanding.
no comparison to the club at hrh.

rph is larger and spread out.
it doesn't get crowded as hrh does.

i think by rph having a larger lounge makes it more comfortable.
3 different places have tvs on the wall.
the computers are opposite of each other.
the seating arrangements are spread out in sections which helps letting guests have more privacy there.

the food offered at rph was very good on my trip of last week.
the last time i stayed club at hrh, the food was decent there also.
i had no issues with food offerings at either place.

The pictures on the website turned me off to HRH club room. It just doesn't look like a relaxing place (in the pictures) that you would like to hang out in. We stay at pbh which is very comfortable and I have visited RPH club room which seemed very nice too. Just my $.02
