Club benefits w/o club

I know club level offers turndown service with little gifts on the bed, but can I have a standard room and request turndown service even thoug I'm not club?

YES. Turndown is done at PBH on request we were give a quick once over in the room, trash taken out, amenties restocked pillows arranged and duvet turned down, chocolates on the beds, lights dimmed over our beds, and the radio with soft music playing. Ahhhh now that's service.
