On the day we check in can we access the club even if our room isn't ready yet? We're planning on arriving at 7am and leaving our luggage. We know the room won't be ready but we're planning on spending the day at Epcot. Are we able to swing by the Club for breakfast before we head over to Epcot?

Yes - definitely. You will actually check in with the Club Level CMs, so you will be taken to the Club area anyway for check-in.

You can absolutely use the club lounge before your room is ready. Store luggage with bell services. You can use the lounge all check-in and check-out day.

Yes, we just did this at BWI. Checked in at Concierge level, gave them our luggage, went to have breakfast in the lounge, then off to Epcot. Easy!

Absolutely. CL check in can be chatty so if time is of the essence I would arrive earlier, store bags with bell services and check in with the front desk that your MBs are working. Some hotels seem to have to refresh them or something. If you get all that done before 7am often the clubs have coffee starting at 6:30 so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the club while waiting on breakfast.
