Since I'll never actually get to visit Club 33, I thought it would be fun to see if anyone here has had the honor of visiting the "secret" club.
I mean, I've stood outside and wished I could get in, but never actually gone up stairs!

Anyone? How was it? Is it everything it's cracked up to be (which I'm SURE it is!)

We had lunch there in Oct. It's all that's it's cracked up to be and then some! We really enjoyed it. Food was wonderful and so was the service. Just the whole experience was great. I took a million pictures of everything. LOL :)

Yes. We are lucky enough to have been a few times and are always grateful for the generosity of the member who makes it possible. It is a truly wonderful experience. :)

Well I've been very fortunate in my short 28 years on this planet, to have been able to experience some pretty amazing events in person. (Mostly sports related)
I was there when the Mariners beat the Yankees in game 5 of the 1995 divisional playoffs, I was at the NFC Championship game in 2005 when the Seahawks beat the Panthers, I've watched baseball's opening day from the "Owners Suite" at Safeco Field, hung out with the "Famous San Diego Chicken", I got to meet and spend some time with my hero Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn (padres) etc -
But going to Club 33 seems like one of those "impossible" dreams, but then again, Walt would tell me that "Anything is Possible".
So Maybe ONE DAY!

Yes, I've been fortunate enough to dine twice at Club 33.

The first time was with a group of Disney Fans. In fact, I might have learned of the trip through these forums. In any event, we had a breakfast buffet.

The second time I went with a friend whose mother had a corporate membership. We had a wonderful dinner. The food and service was impeccable. We purposely left to visit the "throne" in the ladies bath, where we took an extra napkin as a souvenir, to see if our napkins were refolded. Of course, they were. After we paid, the waiter gave us each one of the coveted Club 33 pens.

As a true Disneyland fan, it was a wonderful experience.

Yes--I have been there once and we are going tomorrow morning for a private breakfast buffet! Very excited==hopefully the rain goes away!

I have to go along the same theme of ricko. In 27 years, I have hiked the Great Wall of China, climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower, and watched Tiger Woods at Augusta National among many other things, but Club 33 is definitely one of the top experiences of my life! I think most Disney nuts would agree....

I got to go about 2 years ago. It was truly a highlight for me. My friend and I were talking and Club 33 came up. She said her company has a membership there. I couldn't believe it. She said she could get me in anytime I wanted. I too went to the bathroom to see the highly talked about toilets. The food was wonderful. On the way out we all took the lift down and got stuck in it! The bells were ringing and I was dying. They were very cool about it. And yes I have the "pen" too. I never use it.

I went a few times in the 90's. My aunts friends boss was a member and extended his membership to his staff. We've had Club 33 buffet and lunch. I remember the first time we went (I was a teen-ager) and my entire family was just giddy as could be. We absolutely preferred the buffet to just the regular lunch - the buffet was something out of this world and I have never experienced anything like it before. Had I known then what I know now, I would have taken far more pictures than I did. They use to leave matches on your plate with your last name engraved on them with the Club 33 logo stuff. I wonder if my aunt still has these? I think the last time we went to Club 33, DS was around 2 years old - after that the boss took his offer away from his staff. :sad2: Now when we return to DL, we will stand next to the 33 sign and whine that we will probably never go in again. It certainly is an opportunity to take advantage of if you are ever extended an invitation. Especially if you are a big Disneyland fan, like I am. :thumbsup2

I can only hope that at some point in my lifetime I will make some kind of connection where I will be able to dine here at least once!!

Sounds like some employee probably abused it and he got a complaint from the Club. :( That's too bad.

If I recall, he took it away because every time he tried to make a reservation for himself, he wasn't able to because there was already a reservation in place. :confused3 We were super disappointed he withdrew his offer but certainly understand why he did.
