Cloudflare "Host Error"...

I'm trying to log in to my bank (Lake Michigan Credit Union) and I am getting a "host" error. It says that the host platform (Cloudflare) indicates that something on the server is "hogging resources" so the server cannot respond to requests. The app is also unresponsive. While I only have about $150 in this bank, my teenagers have their "life savings" in their accounts and they are having anxiety attacks right now. I tried calling, but the wait time is over an hour. Is this an ominous sign? (Ransomware attack, etc?) Or is this probably something not nearly as nefarious and probably a temporary system glitch?

I don't think they're going to skulk out of town in the dead of night.
And even if they did the NCUA insures up to $250,000 per credit union members. If your kids have more than that in their member accounts they are doing well!
