Clothing for V&A question

Just started gathering clothes ready for the trip... Just wondering would a nice black strappy dress(not too short) be fine for the V&A

With heels and hose, absolutely!

I wore a black street length black dress and pearls, and while I certainly wasn't the most dressed up lady in the house that night, I was also not at all out of place. Enjoy!
