Here's a pic of some of us closing on the pirates dock tonight. Too bad I didn't realize that the closed box popped up as I took the pic Oh well it was still fun

Monkey, it's been too long since we have done that just the two of us. It was fun. Thanks my dear friend. I needed that.

It was nice closing with everyone on the pirate dock.
