closing of Saratoga Springs Spa

As many of you may know, the Spa at Saratoga Springs closed on July 25 and it will reopen in Spring 2004. What you may not know is that Disney is thinking about contracting out these services and it will not be Disney operated. This would be a huge mistake. Those of you that have been know there is a huge difference between the Saratoga Springs Spa which was Disney operated and the Grand Floiridian Spa which is contracted out. I am writing several letters to the following address to let them know that I want it to reopen as a Disney operated spa:
