Closing date concerns

My closing date is scheduled for 6/12. Will that be enough time for Disney to create my membership so I can book my 2018 vacation on 7/1(11 months out at my home resort)? Thank you for your help.

You're planning for a June 1st trip in 2018, I wouldn't worry about a few weeks delay to get a home resort unit.

Yes, usually just Concierge Club Levels (at the DVC resorts that offer) book out 1 year ahead right away.
