Closing Costs through Disney

If we purchase a 25 point add-on through Disney, do we have to pay closing costs? If so, can anyone tell me how much?

if we add on thru Disney is there closing costs ?

Currently, there have been no closing costs for existing members when they add on to existing contracts of any size. Once you have purchased a DVC contract you are entitled to all benefits available to members.

New purchases will have closing costs of around $200.

I don't think it matters, just as long as you have a contract of 150 pts or more.

We just joined sunday, bought 160 SS points, and our closing costs were approx $203. this is our first time as well so that is why we paid.
