Closing Costs at timeshare store

can you tell me how much closing costs will be at the timeshare store. I heard there are no closing costs if you buy from DVC

Depends on the number of points. 150 points is around $450. Plus you have to pay lump sum maintainence fee if banked points are available for you to use. If you buy through Disney there are no closing costs.

We got 50 points resale and closing costs were about $450 as well. We already had 250 at OKW and wanted more.

250 pts cost about $450 in closing costs, too. Maybe it's a flat fee??

You will find that a number of The Timeshare Store, Inc. sellers are electing to pay closing costs and some are absorbing maintenance fees for '05. If you don't happen to see it on the listing, you can always make an offer! It's up to them whether they want to take it or not.
Some have had to do it in order to compete with DVC incentives.
