Closest supermarket to AKV?

We are use to hitting the supermarkets that are closer to the Lake Buena Vista entrance when we usually stay at OKW or BWV.

What is the closest supermarket to get to when staying at Kidani Village?

There's a Publix and a Super Target down on the 192. Pretty darn close! I didn't realize how close the 192 was to the AKV until I took a good look at the map.
When you're leaving the lodge, take the right at the lights (left goes to the AK) down Sherbeth Rd. and you'll hit the 192. Head right (West?) and you'll see the Super Target and Publix about a mile down the road, right past the Olive Garden. Pretty convenient.

There is a Publix on RT 192 approx 4 miles from AKV via Sherberth Rd.

Yep, that is your best bet. We visit this publix most of the time during our trips. Actually when we're at the AK, we usually stop there to pick up anything we might need because it is close. We've gone to the Target too.

Just wanted to mention that the Target is a super target (as mentioned in a PP). The grocery section is huge and they sell lots of already prepared food. We picked up lunch one day (real chicken strips!) and went back to the food court at POR to meet up with friends. We were getting some hard looks as people who were a little confused where the "chicken strips" came from, considering that Disney only does the little nuggets now. They were yummy! Of course publix also sells some great subs too and we stop there to pick up lunch often too.

Hello.
we are staying at Jumbo for 10 nights and we will have the dining plan, but I we will still need to get some stuff to keep in the room like milk, ceral , some beer, snacks and some stuff for 2-3 breakfasts in the room.
We are flying this time, so no car. Does nybody know if there are taxis by Jumbo and if we can pre-order from Publix and just pick up?
thanks much, this information is very helpfull as we don't want to pay extra by checking luggage, we will just take the carry on and wash our clothes half way.
