Closest Car Rental to Poly?

We are staying at Poly and want to rent a car for one day for Universal. We are doing the Halloween Night Party and would prefer to drive since it will be late going back to Poly. Does the Disney Car center still pick you up at the hotel to get and return the car? Would it be easier/faster to rent a car from a hotel at Disney Springs area? If Disney Springs area, what hotel is the closest to walk for Disney Springs? Not sure since Covid if these hotels even have a rental desk inside anymore.

I'd say unless you get a rate that is much better then what you can get at the Car Care Center I'd go that route. YOu can get most of the answers to your questions on thisCar Care Center page. You are so close to the CCC I'm not sure it makes sense to uber between Disney Springs hotel. Right now the rental desk at the Dolphin isn't open, and I"m unsure which other locations are open.
