Closest bldg to Grt Ceremonial House

Can you tell me the closest building to the great ceremonial house at the Poly? We are staying w/ 2 small kids, and thought the closer, the better. A desk clerk at the Poly told me Tonga or Samoa, but those seem the furthest away!

Tonga and Samoa are not the farthest away. The closest are Tonga (Concierge suites only) Niue and Rarotonga. All are right out side the doors to the GCH.

We had a first floor room in Rarotonga for our trip in 2000. We faced the quiet pool--but there are privacy hedges, so it's somewhat obstructed, and very quiet.

Every morning, we were visited by ducks, egrets, and bunnies! I think your kids will love it (if they are not afraid of animals and birds!)

It's just a quick walk across to the GCH. I think Rarotonga is an excellent location for families of small children.

We stayed in the Raratonga and it is a great location with kids. We requested ground floor. Our room faced the parking lot but you can't see it from the ground floor. You could see the monorail and all of the kids in our party just loved to watch it go by. They would play a guessing game to see what color it would be
