Cocoa Beach

We usually go to Cocoa Beach from Disney. It's about a 45 to 60 min drive. We did go to Clearwater one year but the drive was closer to almost 2 hours with traffic along I-4 so we haven't been back there since.

We spent the day at Cocoa Beach in June 2010. It was wonderful. We are from Oregon so we are used to the cold Pacific Ocean. We just loved the warm water. They also had very reasonable rates for beach umbrella, chairs, and "boogie" board rentals.
