********closed**********Hi everyone! I have been to WDW so many times that I am blanking on what to do for our dinners! I have tried over 30 WDW restaurants (resorts and parks). No, I will not tell the ones I have tried....want you to pick off your experience! So, tell me where to get my dinner!!! ( I will have 6 polls up -- one for each day, please join them all! )

Cast: Debbie (me) Clinton (DH) Drayton (DS11) Jace (DS8)

Sorry...can't vote on this one as we've never eaten at any of them (we have eaten at Planet Hollywood in Chicago and Vegas but did not like them). We always eat at Fulton's in DTD. We were going to try Raglan Road next year but we can't fit it in as we are trying three other new places next year already.

Wolfgangs was a big disappontment when we went a few months back. Go Raglan

From your list I would choose Raglan Road. We had a good meal here and loved the atmosphere.

We last ate at Wolfgang Pucks in 2005 and again it was a good meal but we now prefer to go to Wolfgang Puck Express. Its much better value and is excellent for a counter service restaurant.:thumbsup2

Personally though, I would dine at the House Of Blues. This is our favourite at DTD, great food, service and atmosphere.:thumbsup2

Raglan Road is one of our favorites...the It's Not Bleedin Chowder is awesome! If you do go, try the bread pudding!

Like the PP, we have also enjoyed HOBs too! My DH and DS loved the ribs there.

Thanks for the info on the HOB. is it like the other ones around the country? we have one at Myrtle Beach, SC (about an hours drive).

what ever you do stay away from planet hollywood.great looking place but awful food!

Oh we LOVE Planet Hollywood! :lovestruc Their food is awesome... it is a "must do" during our WDW trips!

Everyone differs however... that is why the WDW area is great, there are numerous choices! :thumbsup2

To the OP: We love Planet Hollywood. The decor is awesome and the food is very good! :goodvibes We ate at Raglan Road this September as well. DH & myself got steak. The meal was ok in my opinion, and good in DH opinion! The steak was simply steak... kind of bland. DS got the sampler platter... the one with lamb, steak, ham, sausage, and black (blood) pudding. He ate all but the "pudding", however he and DH split it and they both took a healthy bite of it, before giving up! :rotfl: We would go back to RR, but only if we had free dining (not paying OOP).

Thanks for the info on the HOB. is it like the other ones around the country? we have one at Myrtle Beach, SC (about an hours drive).

The HOB in Disney is the only one that I have ever been to so I cannot compare. I am sure they are all pretty much the same. Hope this helps!

I didn't vote because I haven't eaten at any of them. I notice only one person so far has picked Captain Jack's. I was thinking of eating there with my D when we go, because she is a picky eater and there are several things on the menu she will eat.

I vote for Planet Hollywood...especially with kids your age, they totally ROCK!! :woohoo: (And I do mean that literally!)

funny thing about planet hollywood..... we did eat here about 12 years ago. i had forgot and this is why: we we're on our 1st anniversary trip (no kids yet)and i hardly remember anything! we spent alot of time at the bars!! WOW!:lmao:

Captain Jack's was my pick because I haven't eaten at any of the others on the list. We ate there last February and enjoyed our meal very much. We have ressies there again in January and looking forward to it.

I voted for Planet Hollywood.

We ate at all the locations you have listed on our last trip.
I think that especially with the ages of your sons, that they will really enjoy all the movie props and the busy atmoshphere there.
Take some time before or after your meal to explore the other floors and see all the props.
The food was wonderful, our service was wonderful, but a very loud atmosphere.

If you want a quieter meal, Wolfgang Puck offered good food, some of it a bit on the adventurous side.

Raglan road was good too, but we seen kids there and none of them looked like they were enjoying it as much as the adults.

Cap n Jacks was ok, a family meal atmosphere, but other than sitting on the water nothing memorable.
