The only resort with more than one or two nights of availability sporadically through the dates is Saratoga Springs.

Starting on November 10th - it has every night available until November 24. That is the only time in October/November where any studios have extended nights available.

I checked for the two week period you are looking for and Saratoga Springs is the only resort with more than one night available:

Oct 25, Oct 27-30 and then Nov 3-5

There is a 1 BR available for Oct 28-Nov 4 - but it would be 208 points. Or you could do 1/2 of the week in a studio and 1/2 in the 1 BR
