Just received word from Magic Vacation Title that we have closed escrow! Now comes more waiting for Disney to assign a membership number and load the points!

We have a tentative trip planned for March for just a couple of days, but it will be the first use of our points - if we can get something at this late date.

Congrats!! We closed on our first contract with them on the 16th of Oct. We finally got our membership no. on Nov. 4. We have our first trip planned for next Aug. We are closing on another contract in Jan. with them and are figuring on the same timeframe. There was a glitch with our points - we got our membership no. on the 4th but the points were in our account. I called Magic Vacation Title and they took care of it for me. They are really great to work with. Enjoy your points and hope you are able to use them in March.

Congrats! Can I ask how long it took to close from when you sent your closing documents? I just sent mine yesterday to Magic Vacation Title and I'm already antsy!

1. How long from time of offer-to-closing did this take?
2. I assume you cannot use your points until Disney assigns you a member number--correct?

Boxer - you do have to wait for disney to assign you a membership # and for the points to show up in your account...im still waiting on my hilton head contract to finalize and we are going on more than 3 months! ahhh
