I finally closed.


It seemed like it took forever. We signed the contract on Nov 15th and passed ROFR Nov 27th. Received final paperwork Dec 22. Closed today!! The holiday and seller held us up a couple of weeks. Now I have to wait about 5-7 days to be in Disney system.

I'm so excited, I'm finally a DVC owner. Thanks to everyone who answered any questions along the way.
