Hi! I am looking for either the Beach Club or Boardwalk Villas in a studio for 4 or 5 nights for 2 adults. We would prefer 5 nights, but are ok with 4. Our travel dates are flexible anywhere from 5/18/13 through 6/9/13. Let me know if there is availability. We are open to switching between the two if one is not available for the entire stay. What is your deposit policy? Do you offer a contract?

start by picking range of dates and i will check..no contract..once we call and make reservation you own the vacation, no reimbursement..you pay in full within 5 business days
