Hi, I am a first time renter looking for 3 studios for 10/11/09 - 10/17/09. I calculated that I will need 198 points for standard rooms and would like to pay $10/point, but am willing to pay less! I created a rental agreement to use, but am willing to negotiate terms. References required. Thanks!
