As of 1/2 @ 5pm: All reservation points are accounted for. Because I allow up to 7 days for a deposit while I hold the reservation, I am tentatively closing this post. Once the remaining deposits are received, I will officially close. If there's a cancellation, I will update the number of points available.

Hi, I've been on the DIS for years and have rented points several times in the past. I have a contract we can use.

The terms -
- SSR for $12/pt (starting with 739 points), BLT for $13/pt (for 70+ or $14/pt for fewer points, starting with 240 points).
- 50% is due when the reservation is made, the other 50% is due 40 days before check-in date.
- If you need to reschedule, I'll work with you. Please keep in mind revised reservations are subject to resort availability and may not be at your 1st choice.
- Magical Express and/or dining plan add-ons, no problem.
- Check/money order/PayPal (you're responsible for PayPal fee)
- If you want to place a request with me before the 11 month window, we'll work out an advance deposit and I'll be up first thing to book what you want.

I've updated the first post. All BLT points have been used to secure reservations. The SSR points can be used at any resort if the check-in date is within 7 months.

I've send out requests for the required information to complete the bookings with SSR points. If you haven't received a message response from me, please let me know.

It's a total of 289 points, which is $3468. If you send me a deposit via PayPal for $500, I'll make sure to book first thing in the morning on 1/12. The remaining balance for the initial deposit will be $1234 due within 7 days of receiving the confirmation number.

Those dates are not available at Bay Lake. There's a random night here and there but that's it, I checked for 2BR, 1BR and Studio.

There is only 2BR availability for your dates at the following:
Animal Kingdom Kidani for those dates, savanna view only (3 bathrooms!) - 274 points, $3288
Old Key West and Saratoga Springs - 232 points, $2784
