I have 220 points for the Animal Kingdom Lodge available for transfer. These are February 2017 Use Year points (meaning that the reservation you would like to use them for would have a check-in date after February 1st, 2017). With these points, you can book Animal Kingdom Lodge up to 11 months in advance of your check-in date (note: spring break 2017 is very close to being able to be booked).
In order for these points to be able to be transferred, your account must be in your 2016 Use Year (meaning your account has to have a Use Year before April) and you must not have already used your transfer in/out. Note that you cannot borrow transferred points, but you can bank them. Also note that if your account is not a February AKV account, you will not be able to see these points online and will have to call MS to book.
I would consider renting the points if you have a single spring break reservation at AKV that takes up a majority of the points. Reservation should be considered non-refundable.
I will accept payment by PayPal if buyer pays for all PayPal fees. Otherwise, I would accept a check (and points will be transferred after check has cleared).
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
