I need 118 points for OKW Oct.7th-OCt.10th. 2 bedroom villa 4 adults and 3 kids. How does the dining plan work with this kind of reservation? I know they are offering the free dining plan for those dates. Thanks in advance for your help. This is our 1st disney vacation and I'm still learning how to plan this!!!!

I don't know if you are still looking I just called 7/11 and they do have a 2 bedroom at OKW and SSR. OKW would be 230 points $2300.00 and SSR 251 $2510.00. SSR is a newer resort. Being new to the DIS boards I cannot book without all the information meaning I could call back tomorrow and the rooms could be gone.

Also the points are non refundable; If you cancel I will help you try to rent them and I require 50% at time of booking and the balance 60 days before check-in.

My family + grandparents are going to be staying at Boardwalk arriving Sunday 11/7 and departing Saturday 11/13 (6 nights). Just found out today other set of grandparents wants to go as well. They can get by in a studio preferably or 1BR and would really like to be in Boardwalk or Beach Club to be close to the rest of us but availability doesn't look so hot. Would be willing to settle for other locations.

Hi- I could call in the morning to check to see if the rooms are available. I would think we would be booking far enough out that this should not be a problem. As far as points; if you are checking in on the 18th and out 26th I calculate the points to be 344. 48 points for weekends and 40 points for weekdays. If you wanted to stay through the 26 and checking out 27th that would be another 48 points.
The charge for the points would be the 10.00 per point I ask for 50% at time of confirmation and the balance 60 days before check-in. I would need all your information for me to book. I will call in the morning but I will not be able to book the rooms without your info; meaning that I could call back in an hour and the rooms could be gone. We are finding disney is not being affected by the economy; rooms are going quickly.
